Pawhuska (E12) - soil moisture all depths - breaks
Between April 2013 and March 2014 all soil moisture sensors are showing unrealistic readings. It seems that from 00:00 to 21:00 values are shown in m3m-3 while from 22:00 to 23:00 values are presented in m3m-3*100.
