Time zone of the time labels

Hi all, may I check if the time zone of all the stations in the ISMN dataset is UTC? Thank you!

    Hi ypwong1992, you are correct, data in the ISMN database is stored in UTC time zone. When we receive data sets in local time from our provider networks, we convert them to UTC.
