Radiation and wind data for stations

Hello all

My question is not directly related to soil moisture but if someone can answer, would be helpful to me.

I am using Dinosaur_2_E station's soil moisture data for some analysis, but I also need measured net radiation and wind speed information along with that. Can someone tell me from where I can get this information.

Any help would be appreciable
